It was clean, staff was welcoming and polite. Triple room was light and immaculate for our needs. Enjoyed food selection, meals were decent and they have lots of options.

The food at the full English breakfast was delicious. The room was new-fashioned with multi-channel television, a coffeemaker and ironing facilities included. The location was marvellous, close enough to Bedale, the restaurant and the polar express, in a pretty nice area;)))

The staff was very hospitable & efficient. the location was good and perfect for me, not far from Northallerton train station, the restaurant, and a beautiful area.

The standard triple room is compact but nicely decorated. the room is well-equipped with an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk. - the hotel is situated in a great location in a lovely area. - the staff are kind and helpful.

Great spot with friendly staff and free wi-fi. They serve a yummy full English breakfast with a fantastic food selection. a very solid experience. 🌟

The bed in the compact standard triple room was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was marvelous - close to Polar Express, a taxi from Northallerton train station, and Wensleydale railway.

Comfortable rooms with nice decorations and all the essentials at a good price. the bed was super cozy! Had everything I needed like coffee, a TV, and the usual tea/coffee setup. ☕

The proximity to the train station was extremely convenient for my business trip. It was just a short walk away, which made getting around very easy. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property was impressive. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Also, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

The lack of windows in the rooms outside the main building. It made the rooms feel a bit stuffy and there was no way to get fresh air.
